Despite widespread heavy rainfall across much of India, Rajasthan continues to grapple with persistent heat and humidity following recent showers. The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has highlighted the likelihood of significant rainfall in eastern Rajasthan from July 16 to 20 and in western Rajasthan from July 16 to 18. However, most areas outside of these zones are experiencing scattered showers, offering minimal relief from the prevailing hot weather conditions.
Yesterday in Jaisalmer, despite light rainfall, temperatures soared to 42 degrees Celsius, marking it as the hottest location in the country. Today, cities like Jaipur, Udaipur, Ajmer, Chittorgarh, Barmer, Bharatpur, Itawa weather, Fatehnagar, and Rawatsar are expected to receive light to moderate rainfall.
Residents across these regions are advised to stay updated with local weather forecasts and take necessary precautions against erratic weather patterns. With the monsoon season in full swing, it is crucial to remain vigilant to avoid any weather-related disruptions or risks.
