What is Chempa insect:

Regarding mustard crops, scientists say that farmers should take special care of the weather. Also, keep constant monitoring of Chempa pests in mustard crop. In the initial stage, cut off the affected part and destroy it. Chempa is an insect that sucks the juice of crops. This insect is wingless, which destroys the plant by sucking its leaves, stalks and pods. This insect spoils the mustard crop very quickly. This insect develops lighter wings when the temperature increases in the last week of February. Then it flies and captures other trees and plants also. In such a situation, all your plants and crops should be protected from them.

Danger of termites in wheat and borer in gram:

There is a danger of termites in the wheat crop this season. In such a situation, it has been said to take care of the wheat crop. It has been advised that if termite infestation is seen then farmers should apply Chlorpyrifos 20 EC @ 2.0 Liter for protection. Mix 20 kg of sand per acre and sprinkle it in the field in the evening. There is a danger of pod borer in gram crop. To prevent this, farmers can use pheromone traps in their crops. Three to four traps in one acre will be sufficient for its control.

Do this work for cabbage: According to scientists, farmers should fill the seeds in small polythene bags and keep them in poly houses to prepare seedlings of early crop of pumpkin vegetables. Cabbage, cauliflower, cabbage etc. prepared in this season can be planted on the ridges. Spinach, coriander, fenugreek can be sown. 20 kg for growth of leaves. Urea can be sprayed at the rate of per acre. Install pheromone traps to monitor diamondback caterpillar in cabbage crops, pod borer in pea and fruit borer in tomato.
