The maximum and minimum prices on September 16 ‘2023’ of Onion in the Indian markets

As per the wholesale price index today, September 16, the maximum and minimum prices of domestic (local) onions in the Indian markets are as follows: - Maximum Price: Rs. 2800 per quintal - Minimum Price: Rs. 1000 per quintal. The average price of domestic (local) onions in the markets is Rs. 2500 per quintal. For Nasik onions, the maximum and minimum prices in average markets are: - Maximum Price: Rs. 4000 per quintal, Minimum Price: Rs. 1100 per quintal. The average price for Nasik onions is Rs. 3900 per quintal. For red onions, the maximum and minimum prices are:- Maximum Price: Rs. 3600 per quintal ,Minimum Price: Rs. 980 per quintal .The average price for red onions is Rs. 3500 per quintal. Regarding the first sort specially sorted onions, the maximum and minimum prices are:- Maximum Price: Rs. 14600 per quintal ,Minimum Price: Rs. 1000 per quintal the average price for first short specially sorted onions is Rs. 14500 per quintal.
