The maximum and minimum prices on August 17 ‘2023’ of tomato in the Indian markets

As per the wholesale price index today, August 17, the maximum and minimum prices of domestic (Desi Tomatoes) tomatoes in the Indian markets are as follows:- Maximum Price: Rs. 9000 per quintal, Minimum Price: Rs. 2100 per quintal the average price of domestic tomatoes in the markets is Rs. 7500 per quintal.  For hybrid tomatoes, the maximum and minimum prices in average markets are: - Maximum Price: Rs. 7500 per quintal ,Minimum Price: Rs. 4600 per quintal. The model average price for hybrid tomatoes is Rs. 7200 per quintal. For local tomatoes, the maximum and minimum prices in average markets are: Maximum Price: Rs. 11000 per quintal ,Minimum Price: Rs. 5000 per quintal. The average price of local tomatoes is Rs. 10000 per quintal.
