The monsoon is advancing rapidly across the country. While some states have already experienced its onset, others are now beginning to see pre-monsoon activities. Currently, many regions, including southwestern India, are witnessing significant rainfall. On June 26, the Meteorological Department has forecasted rain and thunderstorms in more than 22 districts of Madhya Pradesh weather, including Bhopal, Indore, Ujjain, Jabalpur, Sagar, Raisen, Vidisha, Sehore, Narmadapuram (Hoshangabad), Narsinghpur, Khandwa, Ratlam, Bina, Chhindwara, Balaghat, Seoni, Guna, Gwalior, and Tikamgarh. The monsoon season seems to be fully setting in across Madhya Pradesh.
Monsoon Progression in the Next 3 Days: According to the IMD’s forecast, monsoon conditions are expected to advance across northern to southern India from today. The southwest monsoon is likely to move over the northern Arabian Sea, parts of Gujarat, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, West Bengal, Jharkhand, and Bihar within the next three days, making these regions conducive for monsoon activities.
