October 05, 2023 Onion Prices: Maximum and Minimum Rates in Indian Markets

As per the wholesale price index today, October 05, the maximum and minimum prices of domestic (local) onions in the Indian markets are as follows: - Maximum Price: Rs. 3000 per quintal - Minimum Price: Rs. 2400 per quintal. The average price of domestic (local) onions in the markets is Rs. 2700 per quintal.

For Nasik onions, the maximum and minimum prices in average markets are: - Maximum Price: Rs. 3200 per quintal, Minimum Price: Rs. 3000 per quintal. The average price for Nasik onions is Rs. 3100 per quintal.

For red onions, the maximum and minimum prices are:- Maximum Price: Rs. 2500 per quintal ,Minimum Price: Rs. 1900 per quintal .The average price for red onions is Rs. 2476 per quintal.

Regarding the first sort specially sorted onions, the maximum and minimum prices are:- Maximum Price: Rs. 2100 per quintal ,Minimum Price: Rs. 1800 per quintal the average price for first short specially sorted onions is Rs. 2000 per quintal.
