The heaviest rainfall is anticipated in the districts of Umaria, Shahdol, Bandhavgarh, and Bansagar Dam. These areas are likely to record significant rainfall due to the influence of a cyclone in western Jharkhand, which is impacting weather patterns across the state. Currently, three additional weather systems are also active in Madhya Pradesh, contributing to the rainfall. So far, the state has recorded approximately 645.2 mm of rainfall, which is above the average for this period. The cyclone may cause weather fluctuations over the next two days, with most districts expected to receive rain.
Heavy rainfall is expected in the coming days in Umaria, Shahdol, Bandhavgarh, Bansagar Dam, and surrounding areas. These regions may also experience thunderstorms. Additionally, moderate to heavy rainfall is likely in Indore weather, Rewa, Satna, Chitrakoot, Maihar, Mauganj, Anuppur, Chhatarpur, Khajuraho, Panna, Katni, and Dindori.
