Campaign to Run in All Districts Until August 31

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav conducted a video conference meeting with officials at the Chief Minister's residence, Samatva Bhavan, to discuss preparations for Mahabhiyan 2.0. During the meeting, officials were instructed to monitor the Mahabhiyan daily. Division Commissioners, District Collectors, Additional Collectors, and Sub-Divisional Officers will inspect tehsil courts as part of the Revenue Mahabhiyan. Tehsildars were also present in the meeting.

Key Directives Issued:

The meeting emphasized that patwaris should remain in their respective areas to ensure the prompt resolution of issues under the campaign. Officials were directed to resolve revenue-related complaints and problems faced by the general public. Revenue officers demonstrating exceptional work during the campaign will be recognized and honored.

Issues to Be Addressed:

Farmers often face difficulties due to inconsistencies in land records and maps. The campaign aims to resolve these issues. Actions will be taken to complete the Saturation Scheme under the Swamitva Yojana. The Chief Minister emphasized the need for swift resolution of complaints related to the PM-Kisan Samman Nidhi e-KYC and other services. He also stressed providing various facilities in cow shelters to protect cattle and ensuring proper measures to prevent monsoon-related diseases. The Revenue Mahabhiyan will offer free comprehensive e-KYC and link land records with the Samagra ID. Pending cases of mutation, partition, and record corrections will be resolved within the stipulated time frame in revenue courts (RCMS).

Campaign to Run in All Districts Until August 31:

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav instructed that all cases of map corrections and revisions be resolved under the Revenue Mahabhiyan. All revenue cases must be registered online on the RCMS portal during the campaign. From August 1 to September 15, a digital survey of crops will be conducted, and the campaign will run in all districts of the state until August 31. Training will be provided to the youth until July 25.

Directives to Officials: Officials who perform well during the campaign will be appreciated, while those who are negligent will face action. It was stressed that all revenue-related cases be registered in the RCMS. Issues related to land records and maps must be resolved during the campaign. Additionally, officials were instructed to ensure the seeding of Aadhaar in land records. Patwaris should address area-specific issues promptly. The Chief Minister urged officials to provide district-wise plans with collector rankings and to immediately replace non-performing officials.
