Under the Atal Agriculture Jyoti Yojana, the Energy Department provides grants to electricity companies to offer affordable electricity. Several projects aimed at expanding irrigation facilities are underway in the state. The central budget has allocated 3,000 crore rupees for the Ken Betwa Link Project, with the state's share being assigned by the Water Resources Department.
A significant amount has also been allocated for the development of the Narmada Valley. The Cooperation Department will receive 443 crore rupees to provide interest-free loans to farmers. To boost farmers' income while fulfilling the commitments of the Sankalp Patra 2023, the Durgavati Shri Annapurna Yojana is being implemented to promote the cultivation of coarse grains. Farmers will receive incentives per quintal under this scheme.
