The project also aims to encourage startups that can assist small-scale farmers. Its objective is to expand marketing channels for value-added agricultural products, especially in terms of export.

This project will have a budget of 2,109 crore rupees, with 1,400 crore rupees in assistance from the World Bank, and the remainder will be contributed by the state. The comprehensive project proposal has been prepared by the Department of Agriculture, and a project management team has been established.
