The IMD's 24-hour flood risk outlook advises particular caution in certain districts. In Himachal Pradesh weather, Chamba, Kangra, Mandi, Shimla, and Sirmaur districts are under threat of flooding. Similarly, in Uttarakhand, the districts of Almora, Bageshwar, Chamoli, Champawat, Dehradun, Nainital, Pauri Garhwal, Pithoragarh, Rudraprayag, Tehri Garhwal, and Uttarkashi are on alert.
