UP Rain Alert: Flood situation in several areas of UP, Heavy rainfall with thunderstorm expected

Over the past few days, temperatures have dropped, but the sudden humid heat has caused discomfort for many. However, there are signs of rainfall again. The monsoon has increased heat and humidity in UP for the past two days. According to the weather department, heavy rainfall is expected in many areas. The state has already seen waterlogging and flood-like situations due to heavy rains. Along with the rain, there have been periods of sunshine as well.

Heavy Rainfall with Thunderstorms Expected:

According to the weather department, some areas in UP are likely to experience rainfall with thunderstorms. Rain is expected in eastern Uttar Pradesh from July 15 to 18. Western UP may experience thunderstorms and lightning. Heavy rainfall is predicted in various parts of eastern UP, with a risk of lightning strikes. In the last 24 hours, the maximum temperature recorded in Prayagraj was 37.4°C.

Flood Situations in Various Parts of UP:

After heavy rainfall, several areas in UP are experiencing flood-like situations. According to the weather department, there is also a possibility of lightning strikes in several places. The department has forecasted heavy rainfall for the next two days in many districts of Uttar Pradesh. Areas including Muzaffarnagar, Saharanpur, Meerut, Bijnor, Moradabad, Rampur, Bulandshahr, Ghaziabad weather, Jyotiba Phule Nagar, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Aligarh, Badaun, Shahjahanpur, Pilibhit, Hardoi, Khair, Sitapur, Lucknow, Barabanki, Amethi, Ayodhya, Gonda, Basti, Gorakhpur, Mau, Azamgarh, and Kushinagar are likely to experience heavy rainfall and lightning.
