Heavy Rain in delhi

The monsoon rains have begun to pour heavily across India, bringing varied weather conditions. Some regions are experiencing torrential downpours, while others are seeing sporadic showers. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a forecast for light to moderate rain accompanied by thunderstorms, lightning, and gusty winds (30-40 kmph) from June 26 to 29 in Uttarakhand, East Rajasthan, and East Uttar Pradesh. Additionally, Haryana and Punjab are expected to see similar weather conditions on June 28 and 29. In these areas, some locations may experience heavy rainfall. Notably, an alert for very heavy rainfall has been issued for parts of Uttarakhand on June 28 and 29.

Furthermore, heavy rainfall is expected in West Madhya Pradesh and Vidarbha on June 27 and 28. From June 26 to 29, East Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh are also likely to witness heavy rain in certain areas.

Delhi Weather Update for June 26:

The IMD has predicted light rain along with strong winds and thunderstorms for June 26. The forecast suggests that light to moderate rain with thunderstorms will continue in the capital until July 1. Today's maximum temperature in Delhi is expected to reach 39°C, with a minimum temperature of 32°C. These pre-monsoon activities have already provided relief from the scorching heat and intense heatwaves that Delhiites have been enduring.

The weather forecast also extends to neighboring cities such as Noida, Meerut, and Ghaziabad weather, where light rain and thunderstorms are likely today. This weather update signifies a significant shift from the recent extreme heat, offering a much-needed respite to residents of these regions.

Overall, the monsoon season is gradually making its presence felt across India, with various regions experiencing different intensities of rain. The consistent updates from the IMD are crucial for keeping the public informed and prepared for the changing weather conditions.
