MP Weather Today: Heavy rain alert issued for 15 districts in Madhya Pradesh as monsoon intensifies

According to the weather department, districts like Gwalior, Bhind, Morena, Satna, Rewa, Vidisha, Jabalpur, and Bhopal are likely to experience heavy rainfall. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has reported that a strong monsoon system has developed, which will affect around 38 districts across Madhya Pradesh weather, Chhattisgarh, and Rajasthan. A warning has been issued due to the potential risk of flooding in the coming days.

Strongest Monsoon System of September in Final Phase:

This monsoon system, considered the most active of September, is now in its final phase. However, before it retreats, it is expected to bring widespread rain across various parts of Madhya Pradesh. The system will result in heavy showers in Bhopal, Gwalior, Jabalpur, Indore, Khargone, Khandwa, Barwani, and Ujjain, prompting the weather department to issue alerts for these areas.

Yellow and Orange Alerts Issued by Weather Department:
