Delhi to Experience Strong Winds on 06 April

New Delhi: The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) predicts strong winds in the national capital, Delhi Weather, on Saturday, April 6. While the weather is expected to remain generally clear, the possibility of rain cannot be ruled out due to showers occurring in northern regions.
Temperature Outlook: Yesterday evening, parts of the National Capital Region witnessed sporadic showers. Today, significant changes in temperature are not anticipated. The maximum temperature in New Delhi is expected to reach around 36 degrees Celsius, with a minimum of 19 degrees Celsius.

Rain Likely Today in Gujarat and Other States:

  1. Rainfall Across States: Rainfall is anticipated in various states, including Gujarat, alongside other regions grappling with heatwave conditions. The onset of rains has begun, offering respite from the scorching temperatures experienced in many cities.
  2. Regional Rainfall Forecast: Yesterday, several areas in northern India, including Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Muzaffarabad, experienced rainfall. Initially confined to northeastern regions, the rain-bearing clouds are now moving towards western parts of central India.
  3. State-wise Rainfall Expectations: According to the weather department, heavy rainfall is expected in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, and Himachal Pradesh today. Additionally, cities like Jaipur, Ajmer, Chittorgarh, Jodhpur, and Kota in Rajasthan could also experience rainy weather. In Gujarat, areas including Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Surat, Bhavnagar, and Daman might witness cloudy skies with chances of light rainfall.
  4. Precautionary Measures: Furthermore, there's a possibility of scattered showers and thunderstorms in various cities of Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. Citizens are advised to stay updated with weather forecasts and take necessary precautions during adverse weather conditions.

As the nation grapples with heatwave conditions in most urban centres, the arrival of monsoon showers is a welcome change, providing relief from the sweltering heat and offering hope for agricultural activities.
