Eligibility:

• Indian citizenship.
• Applicants must be in the final year of a 4-5 year undergraduate program, a 5-year integrated M.Tech program, a 2-year M.Sc program, or a 5-year undergraduate or postgraduate dual degree program in the science and technology stream.
• Eligible candidates must have obtained a CGPA or CPI of at least 8.0 on a 10-point scale.
• For candidates pursuing a 5-year integrated dual degree program, if separate CGPAs are awarded for the UG and PG parts, the CGPA of the UG part for the first four years will be considered.
