On Akshaya Tritiya, it is advisable to observe fasting with devotion. After bathing in the morning, wear yellow attire. Bathe the idol or image of Lord Vishnu with Ganga water, offer Tulsi leaves, and adorn with yellow flowers. Then, light lamps with ghee and sit on a yellow mat.
