Alongside the escalating heat, the Meteorological Department has issued forecasts indicating thunderous clouds, frequent lightning, and scattered rainfall accompanied by brisk winds (ranging between 30 to 40 kilometres per hour) across various districts of Madhya Pradesh from April 21 to 22. The likelihood of these weather patterns is notably higher in districts such as Bhopal, Indore, Jabalpur, and Betul. Moreover, today, April 20, a subtle increase in humidity levels is anticipated in many parts of Madhya Pradesh, with patches of clouds lingering in several districts. 

The capital city of Bhopal, cloudy skies are expected to dominate the atmospheric scenery today, with the weather conditions favouring warm and humid temperatures. The maximum temperature is forecasted to hover around 40 degrees Celsius, while the minimum is expected to settle at approximately 25 degrees Celsius.

Similarly, Indore is anticipated to experience clear weather today, offering residents a reprieve from the sweltering heat. The maximum temperature in Indore is likely to peak at around 39 degrees Celsius, with the minimum temperature expected to maintain at approximately 25 degrees Celsius.

Madhya Pradesh Weather:

  1. Chhattisgarh may witness dynamic weather fluctuations today and tomorrow. The Meteorological Department's projections suggest the possibility of rainfall in several districts of Chhattisgarh on April 21.
  2. A trough extending from western Bihar to central Assam continues to influence the weather, resulting in cloudy skies in districts such as Begusarai, Gaya, and Muzaffarpur in Bihar.
  3. Moreover, Eastern India's Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, and Meghalaya are expected to experience widespread rainfall in the coming days.
