Sabudana (tapioca pearls) is another option. You can make and eat sabudana khichdi, kheer, and vada.
On Sawan Mondays, you can eat dishes made from potatoes. Make sure to use rock salt (sendha namak) in your vegetable preparations.
During the fast, you can also consume raw coconut, milk, yogurt, buttermilk, and lassi.
To maintain your energy levels during the fast, roasted nuts are the best option.
